For the nine-month period ending December 2024, revenue surged 464.4% to Rs. 16,204.60 lakh, and net profit increased 247% to Rs. 2,029.74 lakh. The company raised Rs. 44.87 crore through a Rights Issue and issued bonus shares to support expansion plans. Spright Agro aims to expand internationally and strengthen its distribution network.
