Ltd., based in Mumbai, has finalized a $1 billion Memorandum of Understanding with the Minister of Telecommunications of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The agreement grants the company an advisory role in the ministry and includes provisions for visas, government offices, and land to facilitate project completion by December 31, 2028. The initiative, led by the Executive Director, aims to enhance the DRC's telecommunications infrastructure through the establishment of data centers, satellite infrastructure, expansion of 3G and 4G networks, and laying 38,000 km of fiber optic cables. This marks the company's first major project in Africa.
