This includes increasing the number and quality of higher education institutions, with 163 Indian universities in the QS World University Asia Rankings. Efforts are being made to provide education in mother tongues and conduct recruitment exams in 13 Indian languages. Over 10,000 Atal Tinkering Labs have been set up to encourage innovation. The PM Vidyalakshmi scheme offers financial aid for higher education, and one crore youth will receive internships. The 'One Nation-One Subscription Scheme' provides free access to international research materials. A new university, Tribhuvan Cooperative University, will be established.
