The Ken-Betwa Link Project, costing over 44,000 crore rupees, is set to benefit rural areas in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, the revised Parbati-Kalisindh-Chambal Link Project will serve the water needs of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. An extra 12,000 crore rupees has been allocated to accelerate the Polavaram Irrigation Project's completion, as announced by the President during a joint session of Parliament.
