<h1>Biomedical funding accelerates mRNA microarray patch influenza vaccine development using novel immunogen display and LNP delivery.</h1> PopVax was awarded a BARDA Concept Stage Patch Forward Prize to accelerate a seasonal influenza vaccine that integrates an mRNA encoded immunogen display architecture and LNP platform with a dissolvable microarray patch. The collaboration with LTS Lohmann pairs PopVax's GMP mRNA LNP production and machine learning immunogen design with LTS's microarray patch manufacturing to enable thermostable, self administered, dissolvable microneedle delivery, support rapid response warm base manufacturing, and advance preclinical development of broadly protective influenza vaccine candidates.
