Monthly growth was up from October's 3.7%. Crude oil and natural gas production contracted, while coal, refinery products, fertilizer, steel, and electricity saw moderated growth. Cement output increased to 13%. From April to November this fiscal year, core sector growth was 4.2%, down from 8.7% in the same period last year. These sectors account for 40.27% of the Index of Industrial Production, reflecting overall industrial growth.
