E-vouchers will be provided to 1 lakh students annually, offering a 3% interest subvention on loans. Additionally, the Anusandhan National Research Fund will be activated to support basic research and prototype development. A mechanism will also be established to encourage private sector-driven research and innovation, backed by a Rs. 1 lakh crore financing pool, as part of the Union Budget 2024-25.
