        <h1>CBDT extends deadlines for Audit reports (Form 10B/10BB) and ITR-7 filing for FY 2022-23 in Circular 16/2023.</h1> The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the deadlines for filing certain tax forms. The due date for submitting Audit reports in Form 10B/Form 10BB for the Financial Year 2022-23 has been moved from September 30, 2023, to October 31, 2023. Additionally, the deadline for filing the Return of Income in Form ITR-7 for the Assessment Year 2023-24 has been extended from October 31, 2023, to November 30, 2023. This extension is detailed in CBDT Circular No. 16/2023.
