of <h1>India Extends Deadline for Company Law Settlement Scheme Claims to January 15, 2012; No Further Extensions Planned.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India has extended the deadline for claims under the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011, to January 15, 2012. This extension was announced in a circular dated December 15, 2011. The Ministry clarified that the scheme will not be extended beyond this new date. All existing terms and conditions outlined in General Circulars No. 59/2011 and No. 60/2011 will remain unchanged.
