of <h1>Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011 now includes Form 52 for foreign companies' annual accounts filing. Previous terms unchanged.</h1> The corrigendum to the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2011, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, extends the applicability of the scheme to include Form 52, which pertains to the filing of annual accounts by foreign companies. This amendment ensures that foreign companies are covered under the scheme. All other terms and conditions outlined in the previous General Circular No. 59/2011 dated 5.8.2011 remain unchanged. The circular is addressed to all Regional Directors and Registrars of Companies.
