of <h1>Supreme Court Extends Deadline by Four Weeks for Filing Transitional Credits via Tran 1 and Tran 2 Portal.</h1> The Supreme Court granted a four-week extension for opening the common portal for filing transitional credits through Tran 1 and Tran 2, following an application from the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN). This extension pertains to the compliance with the court's order from July 22, 2022, in the case involving the Union of India and another party against Filco Trade Centre Pvt. Ltd. Consequently, the GSTN will make the portal available starting October 1, 2022.
