These contraventions include delays in reporting inward remittances, filing form FC-GPR after share allotment, and issuing shares beyond 180 days. Regional Offices in Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Patna, and Panaji can handle cases below Rupees One Crore. Offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi can manage cases without any financial limit.
