Government has notified Industrial Park Scheme, 2008. According to a notification issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, the Scheme is applicable to undertakings which begin to develop, develop and operate or maintain and operate an Industrial Park during the period from 1st April, 2006 to 31st March, 2009.

 

 

Industrial Park Scheme applies to undertakings that commence, develop or operate industrial parks within the notified eligibility period. The Industrial Park Scheme, 2008 applies to undertakings that begin to develop, develop and operate, or maintain and operate an industrial park within the notification's designated commencement period; the Scheme was notified by the Central Board of Direct Taxes under the Ministry of Finance to define eligible projects during that window.
