The reorganization includes demerging MSSL's domestic wiring harness undertaking into a new subsidiary, Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited, and amalgamating SAMIL into MSSL, which will be renamed Samvardhana Motherson International Limited. MSSL is a leading automotive component manufacturer, and SAMIL provides strategic support to Motherson Group companies. SWS, a Japanese company, specializes in automotive wiring harnesses and components.
