of <h1>Tata Digital Gains CCI Approval for 64.3% Stake in Supermarket Grocery Supplies, Potential Control Over Innovative Retail.</h1> The Competition Commission of India has approved Tata Digital Limited's acquisition of up to 64.3% of Supermarket Grocery Supplies Private Ltd's share capital. This transaction, through primary and secondary acquisitions, will give Tata Digital a majority stake and control over SGS. Additionally, SGS may gain sole control over Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited. Tata Digital, a subsidiary of Tata Sons, provides technology services, while SGS and IRC are involved in online B2B and B2C sales of groceries and related products in India.
