<h1>Finance Minister Unveils Support for Poor: Free Grains, Housing, Loans for Vendors, Farmers, and Migrants.</h1> The Finance Minister announced a series of measures to support the poor, including migrants, farmers, small businesses, and street vendors. Key initiatives include free food grain supply to migrants for two months and the implementation of the One Nation One Ration Card scheme by March 2021. Affordable rental housing complexes for migrant workers and urban poor will be launched. A 2% interest subvention for Shishu MUDRA loans and a Rs. 5,000 crore credit facility for street vendors were introduced. The housing sector receives a Rs. 70,000 crore boost, and Rs. 6,000 crore will be used for employment creation via CAMPA funds. Additional financial support includes Rs. 30,000 crore for farmers through NABARD and a Rs. 2 lakh crore credit boost under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme.
