Ex-post facto approval of MoUs fosters broadcasting exchanges and technical cooperation to modernize public radio and television services. The Cabinet granted ex-post facto approval for MoUs between India and foreign broadcasters in radio and television, validating international cooperation that enables programme exchanges, co production, technical know how transfer and manpower training.
