Targeting students from schools, polytechnic institutes, colleges, and universities, the competition encourages innovation and creativity through film making and comic book creation. Participants have until May 30, 2019, to submit entries, with cash prizes exceeding Rs. 2 lakh and recognition on CIPAM's website. The initiative aims to increase IP awareness, fostering respect for IP rights and discouraging counterfeiting and piracy.
