This initiative includes establishing the World Skill Center in Bhubaneswar to provide advanced skill training aligned with international standards. The project, involving collaboration with Singapore's Institute of Technical Education Services, aims to train over 150,000 individuals in sectors like manufacturing, construction, and services. It will offer courses for students, teachers, and assessors, and improve skill development through integrated services such as entrepreneurship incubation, career counseling, and curriculum development. Additionally, a $2 million grant from Japan will support capacity development activities.
