This bridge will be the longest river bridge in India and will serve as an alternative route to the existing Ganga Bridge. The project includes viaducts, embankments, and toll facilities, and integrates with national highways. It aims to benefit over 9 million people, particularly improving access for inhabitants of Raghopur Diara island. Completion is expected by December 2020.
