Subscribers can now open accounts online through Points-of-Presence, using PAN and net banking, or Aadhaar and OTP verification. This voluntary option requires Aadhaar-linked mobile numbers and enables instant Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) generation, offering a seamless, cost-effective onboarding experience.
