<h1>RBI Sets New Reference Rate: US Dollar at Rs. 65.7418; Euro, Pound, Yen Rates Adjusted Against Rupee.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US Dollar at Rs. 65.7418 on September 30, 2015, down from Rs. 66.1843 the previous day. Consequently, the exchange rates for major currencies against the Rupee were adjusted. The Euro was valued at Rs. 73.7952, the British Pound at Rs. 99.5331, and 100 Japanese Yen at Rs. 54.80. These rates are based on the US Dollar reference rate and the middle rates of cross-currency quotes. The SDR-Rupee rate will also be determined using this reference rate.
