of <h1>India's Marble Import Policy: Rough Marble Restricted, Finished Marble Unrestricted with Conditions Under ITC(HS) Codes.</h1> The import policy for marble is categorized under ITC(HS) codes 68 and 25, with rough marble imports restricted under codes 25151100 and 25151210. The current policy, notified on November 20, 2014, is updated annually. Finished marble imports, under codes 68021000, 68022110, 68022120, 68022190, 68029100, and 68029200, are unrestricted if priced at a minimum of US$60 per square meter and with a maximum slab thickness of 20 mm, as per the December 5, 2014 notification. The 2015-16 policy consultation process has not yet started, as stated by the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry.
