Reference rate for US Dollar set by central bank; cross currency middle rates yield updated EUR, GBP, JPY rupee rates. Reserve Bank published the Reference Rate for the US Dollar, giving the current and previous day's US Dollar reference rates and derived rupee exchange rates for EUR, GBP and JPY based on the US Dollar reference rate and middle cross currency quotes, and stating that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on the reference rate.
