2. The Hon'ble Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated the new office building 'Aayakar Bhawan', Hooghly at Chinsurah, West Bengal on 4.12.2010. The Hon'ble Finance Minister also inaugurated the first fully operational Aayakar Seva Kendra (ASK) under 'Sevottam' at Chinsurah in the new building. Shri Sunil Mitra, Revenue Secretary, Shri Durgesh Shankar, Member (R), CBDT, Shri M. C. Joshi, Member (A&J), CBDT and Shri R. N. Tripathi, CCIT (CCA), Kolkata were present along with other senior officers.
