<h1>India and Pakistan Agree on Trade Boost, Non-Discriminatory Market Access, and Daily Wagah Attari Customs Operations by 2014.</h1> The Commerce Ministers of India and Pakistan met to discuss enhancing trade relations and attended the 5th SAARC Business Leaders Conclave. They agreed to establish normal trading relations, provide Non-Discriminatory Market Access reciprocally, and implement trade facilitation measures by February 2014. Both sides will keep the Wagah Attari Land Customs Station operational daily and work on containerization, business visas, and operational hours. Technical working groups will address Customs, Railways, Banking, Standards, and Energy. An India Show in Lahore and a joint Vintage Car Rally are planned to promote bilateral trade and cultural ties.
