A moratorium takes effect from the pre packaged insolvency commencement date until the end of the pre packaged insolvency resolution period, applying the stay principles of section 14(3) mutatis mutandis. The Adjudicating Authority must appoint a resolution professional-either the one named in the application if no disciplinary proceedings are pending, or one recommended by the Board if a disciplinary proceeding is pending-and the resolution professional must immediately make the public announcement in the prescribed form and manner.
