of Provisional anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of Low Ash Metallurgical Coke (ash content below 18%), excluding specified ultra-low phosphorous metallurgical coke, falling under the stated tariff items, when originating in or exported from Australia, China PR, Colombia, Indonesia, Japan or Russia, including circumvention patterns where export is from a subject country though origin is elsewhere (and vice versa as specified). The duty is set at USD 73.55/MT (Australia), USD 130.66/MT (China PR), USD 119.51/MT (Colombia), USD 82.75/MT (Indonesia), USD 60.87/MT (Japan), and USD 85.12/MT (Russia). It applies for six months from Gazette publication (unless earlier changed), is payable in Indian currency, and conversion uses the section 14 exchange rate applicable on the bill of entry date.
