The team must identify petitioning entities quarterly, ensure timely filing of claims, initiate appeals to NCLAT where necessary, conduct post-mortem analyses of lost claims, monitor IBC proceedings via official notices, maintain a comprehensive case database, and submit quarterly reports to the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner. The team reports to the Tribunal Cell leadership, comprises specified officer posts holding concurrent charges, and is effective immediately until further notice.
