        The Central Government, under Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, amends notification S.O. 613(E) dated 07.02.2023 to revise membership of the Cochin SEZ Authority by substituting the entries at Sl. Nos. 5 and 6. The amendment replaces the previously listed persons with (i) the Director and Senior Vice President of Sutherland Global Services Pvt. Ltd. and (ii) the Managing Partner of Amy Exports and Imports Private Ltd., thereby formally including these corporate representatives as members of the Cochin SEZ Authority.
