The Central Government modified anti-dumping duties on Decor Paper imports from China PR through Notification No. 19/2025-Customs (ADD) following a mid-term review by the designated authority. The amendment revised the existing duty table in Notification No. 77/2021-Customs (ADD), establishing differentiated duty rates: USD 110 per MT for two specific Chinese producers, USD 297 per MT for another designated producer, and USD 542 per MT for all other Chinese producers or exports from China PR regardless of origin country. The modification was implemented under sections 9A(1) and (5) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, read with rules 18 and 23 of the Anti-dumping Rules, 1995, maintaining protective measures against dumped imports while adjusting duty structures based on updated market assessments.
