of The notification amends Notification No. 58/2021-Customs (N.T.) under section 151B of the Customs Act, 1962, inserting two new entries in the existing table. The amendments establish Cooperative Arrangements for Customs Mutual Administrative Assistance (CMAA) with New Zealand and Madagascar, expanding the existing bilateral agreements. The Central Government, through the Ministry of Finance, exercises its statutory powers to update the notification, formally recognizing and incorporating these new international customs cooperation frameworks into the existing legal framework.
