of The DGFT has extended the import policy conditions for Yellow Peas (ITC(HS) Code 07131010) from February 28, 2025, to May 31, 2025. This extension maintains the 'Free' import status without Minimum Import Price conditions or port restrictions. Importers must register through the online Import Monitoring System, and the policy applies to all import consignments with Bills of Lading issued on or before May 31, 2025. The notification was issued under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, continuing previous notifications on the same subject.
