of Appellant's customs broker license revoked, security deposit forfeited, and penalty of Rs. 50,000 imposed by Commissioner due to submission of forged graduation degree during license application. CESTAT upheld Commissioner's order, observing fraud and forgery disqualify appellant from continuing as customs broker under 2018 Regulations. Submission of forged documents vitiates license's validity, and fraud cannot be condoned. Appeal dismissed.
