Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited. The denotification was done on the proposal of the company and after obtaining No Objection Certificate from the State Government of Kerala. The Development Commissioner of Cochin SEZ had recommended the denotification proposal. After denotification, the land parcel will conform to the State Government's land use guidelines and master plan.
