of This notification from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, amends the export policy conditions for onions under ITC (HS) Code 07031019. The existing policy condition of imposing a Minimum Export Price (MEP) of USD 550 per Metric Ton (MT) for the export of onions has been removed with immediate effect and until further orders. The notification is issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade under the provisions of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2023.
