of The Supreme Court dismisses a Special Leave Petition , without granting leave but with reasons, there is no merger, but the reasons adduced by the Supreme Court for dismissing the SLP, nevertheless, constitute declaration of the law, within the meaning of Article 141 of the Constitution of India, which would be binding on all courts and Tribunals subordinate to the Supreme Court, and no such Court or Tribunal would be at liberty to take a view different from that of the Supreme Court.
