Export through CT-1 permitted for identical goods if consignment is exported without entering the factory premises.
Export of identical goods using CT-1 is permissible for a manufacturer provided the goods are exported directly without being brought into the factory premises, in accordance with the relevant central excise export framework and the controlling administrative notification. (AI Summary)

Dear Experts,

We are manufacturer and want to export same product (identical goods) through  CT-1. Can we do it .

Thanks

Yes you can. But without bringing the goods in your factory.  For details, please refer Notification No. 42/2001-CE.
