Can a person become a proprietor of two Proprietorship business. 

Tax Identity Number: a single tax identity applies to multiple proprietorships within the same state. Under VAT laws a person carrying on more than one business within a particular State is provided a single Tax Identity Number for VAT registration; a separate reply affirms that an individual may be proprietor of two proprietorship businesses. Under VAT laws, there is a provision to have only one Tax Identity Number, if any person (either individual or Company) do have more than one business in the particular State.
