Please check the Circular and Public Notice on the DGFT's site and discuss it with your banker.

You can view your e-BRC by mentioning IEC Code, if your bank has filed  e-BRC than it will  be displayed.

Dear Sir,

I am trying to see my BRCs but unable to open this site. how can open this

pls. help me.

Guest on Jan 14, 2013

It is quite easy (and almost publicly available which I personally dont like) to view the details of your foreign exchange realisation. Simply access http://dgftebrc.nic.in:8100/DGFTeBRC/brcIssuedTrade_input - js p link and just fill n your IEC and vola you get what you what, but if you want more (details) fill in also the IFSC code of your bank unit (can be known from bank's official website)..:)

how to view ebrc certificate ind dgft

Taraprasad Chatterjee on Jul 2, 2013

To view e brc, first open dgft.gov.in then click on

Displays Maximum 200 latest records only.
Use additional filter options(e.g. shipping bill number, bill id etc) to view specific e-BRCs

IEC*IFSC (11 digit) #
BRC issue From DateBRC Date upto
Shipping Bill NumberShipping Bill date
Shipping Bill PortBill ID

BRC NumberBRC Status
Utilisation Status

Fill up your IEC No. and Bank IFSC then click on Show Details at the bottom you will get all the e brcs issued by the particular branch of the concerned Bank.  Select the desired e-brc by ctrl F and on the right side of the line you will see a PRINT tab.  Click on PRINT tab you will get view of complete e-brc.  You may take out a print out then.  I hope this will solve your problem.
