FACTORY STUFFING FOR TRADING GOODS

Factory stuffing requires filing a surety or security bond and permits merchant exporters to stuff with prior permission.
Manufacturers may permit factory stuffing of trading goods under CT 1 clearance only after filing an appropriate surety/security bond (commonly a B 1 general bond) with the jurisdictional authority; merchant exporters may stuff containers in the manufacturer's premises only with prior permission and completion of bond formalities. (AI Summary)

DEAR EXPERTS,

WE ARE MANUFACTURER. WE WANT TO SALE TRADING GOODS UNDER FACTORY STUFFING AGAINST  CT-1  CAN WE DO IT. PL ADVICE.

THANKS
