WE HAVE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.WE HAVE PUBLIC TRUST.SOME COMPANIES ARE READY TO DONATE TO OUR TRUST,DONORS ARE INI INDIA AND OUTSIDE INDIAN COMPANIES.AND WE FILED FCRA THRU HOME AFFAIRS.HOW TO GET FAST FCRA REGISTRATION FILED ONLINE .PLAS HELP ME ON THIS MATTER.AND HOW TO GET RBI APPROVAL?

Normally it takes 120 days to get response from Ministry of Home Affairs.In first response u are asked to submit deficient documents/information.If your reply is satisfactory approval is received in 2 months.You have to see that MSA is entertaining appliocations from trusts which are in existence at least for 3 years.

I do not think u need any other approval from RBI for foreign remittances.
