I want to know that which notification is used for gettiing abatement on payment of service tax under service transportation of ggods by road. Please suggest me the notification number. Because we are depositing the servicec tax on 25 % after getting abatement of 75 %.

Notifiation No.13/2008-ST dated 01-03-2008,  Service tax payable on GTA is 25%, To considered as 75% Exemption instead of abatement.
