is there any cst liablity at the time of interstate purchase return?

There is CST liability on inter-state sales.

Liability would reduce on account of inter-state purchase return.

If purchase return is within 6 month than  proportinate cst on purchase may be reverse angainst which  your seller may take adjust on cst payable
