Proof of export with out BRC

Dear Sir ,

We are one of the EOU and exporting the goods to various countries. We have submitted ARE-1, Shipping Bill, Mate receipt  to our juridical Asst. Comm. for issuance of Proof of export .

They are demanding BRC and saying without BRC proof of export is not possiable .

Kindly advice and provide some notification / rule covering without BRC proof of export can be taken .

We think the Proof of Export acceptance by the Bond Issuing authority is subject to his satisfaction.

If the authority is not satisfying the records mentioned in your query, you may submit the BRC as requested.

But, secondly, you are requested to satisfy the authority stating that the BRC would not be possible so early because of the payment terms. You may show the SDF / GR Form .

Say Examples, if the Payment Term of One of the  consignment is 180 days from the date of shipment, then obviously you not suppose to get the BRC before 7 months from the date of despatch.

End of the day, it is upto you, how to satisfy the authority.
