Search for tribunal decisions

I do not know as to how one should search for Tribunal Decisions party wise. I am trying to find a Judgement in the case of Shri Gopal Purohit which was reported in 20 DTR 99. Kindly let me know as to whether ITAT Mumbai decisions are reported or not .

ITAT decisions are reported in several magazines like Taxmann's ITD/ SOT/ Taxmann , CTR groups TTJ, CAPJ, The Tax Publishers etc. There are websites also like www.itatonline.org and some pay websites.
