We are a manufacturer exporter, and have good exports to NEPAL. Now, recently DGFT vide Notification No. 33/2015-20 Dt. 16-09-2022, Public Notice No. 35/2015-20 dt. 09-11-2022 and Notification No. 43/2015-20 Dt. 09-11-2022 have allowed invoicing, and exports in INR and export incentive like Advance Authorization and EPCG Authorizations, without excluding any specific country. Our query, is simple, can we make exports to NEPAL in INR under Advance Authorization and EPCG Authorization.
