I want date of decision or year. Issue in brief.

Amresh kumar on Aug 20, 2020

The date of decision is 27/10/2010.

Issue is regarding joint liability.

KASTURI SETHI on Aug 20, 2020

CESTAT's order dated 27.7.10 = 2010 (10) TMI 645 - CESTAT, NEW DELHI in respect of GTC Industries Ltd. is about undervaluation and MRP. That order stands confirmed by Supreme Court on 27.8.12 = 2012 (11) TMI 886 - SUPREME COURT. Either date of order of CESTAT is wrong or OIA no.5236 is wrong. Pl. clarify.

Amresh kumar on Aug 20, 2020
