Dear Sir

One of our client wants to establish Independent Custom Bonded Warehouse after obtaining warehousing

license under Section 58 Custom & Central Excise to warehouse the imported goods cleared under Bond

What would be the Supervision Charges of Custom Staff posted at Custom Bonded Warehouse. Do our

client needs to pay supervision charges for full day 24 x 7 for 365 days or the client can pay on MOT basis.

In both the situation what are the supervision charges need to be paid and manner of payment? will the payment

to be made monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually.
