Sir / Madam,

We are Chemical Fertilizers and Pesticides dealer. All the goods we deal are exempted and our annual turnover is appx ₹ 2 crores. Can i file Annual VAT Return instead of Monthly VAT Return. Thanks in advance.

If you're dealing in exempted goods, then, no need to get the Registration under TNVAT Act and also there is no requirement to submit the statutory returns.
